Living Control’s ‘invisible’ multiroom systems liberate living space and décor by replacing the multiple hi-fis, radios and dotted all over the home with a single whole-house system stored out of sight. Each family member can listen to their favourite track in any room at any time with totally independent control using wall mounted touchpads and discreet loudspeakers.

The Living Control multi room audio system is by far the best of its kind on the market in terms of simplicity to use, clever design and overall sound quality. The clients entire music system is stored on a central music server called the “Music Box 5”. The server has 400gig of storage capacity and can quickly access and play five different songs at the same time at very high quality. The second part of the system is the Zone Controller, the most popular model being the “Room Box 6”. The zone controller contains high quality amplifiers that power all the speakers in each zone as well as controlling the music server and any other equipment such as a DAB radio. Each room or “zone” features a wall mounted display pad typically located near the light switch. The display shows all the track information allowing the user to quickly search and select by song, artist or album and also control DAB radio.
